Solved: O2 upgrade issues

Hey all,

Is there currently an issue with the upgrade page? I'm looking to upgrade my phone but every time i click on the upgrade link i am returned the following :

I have tried two desktop browsers as well as chrome on Android.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
