I have received a text message saying o2 were unable to process my last bill . Then asking for updated payment information.
my bank account shows payment went to o 2 .
my account shows next payment due by D.D. April 16 th.
is the text message a scam ?

Block the number and do not follow any links.
Forward the scam text to 7726 - It's free.
