Hi just been on hold for 20 mins and got disconnected so thought this may be quicker. I have 2 accounts on o2 refresh. One is mine the other for my adult son who now wantes to pay his own way. I can find when my device end date is but not the airtime. What happens to the airtime if you pay of the device plan? How do I find out how long would be left to airtime contract. Annoying thing is the phone he wants is with O2 and doubt very much the can switch the airtime bill to his name. Can anyone help please?

@Donna14224 See if anything in this guide helps: How does O2 Refresh work?
Your son would have to apply for a contract in his name, which would be subject to a credit check.
You can also reach the O2 sales team via social media for help as well:
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

This will help you with the airtime
If someone is not sure whether they are still ‘in contract’, and would have to pay any early termination charges, they can simply text ‘INFO’ to 85075 to find this out without requesting a switching code.
Your son will need to take out a new contract in his name and undergo a credit check, you can't swap the present one over

Thank you. For some reason I could not fine this answer. Son will pay the remaining device plan I can then leave that contract and he can start his own one.
