Hi I've signed up to o2 open as I work for an employer on the list. I've been fully verified but it keeps saying I'm not on an o2 refresh plan. Within minutes I have just upgraded my phone and changed to an o2 refresh contract. Hours later and its saying I'm not on a refresh plan even though I've had all my confirmation emails. Anyone know how long it takes or do I need to do something different?

Edited to add, you are also eligible for Open if you are on a Sim Only plan bought directly through O2.
