Hi O2,
I just got the call (number 020 7097 4624) from Anna who introducing O2 officer by herself.
She ask me to change myO2 password to myo2pass as O2 need to update the system.
Then, she will activate new sim card and ask me to replace my current using sim card with the new one.
I think it seems like a phishing scam.
Unfortunately, I did change the password as her instruction during the phone.
But I quickly update myO2 password to the new one just after the phone.
Please advice if anything I can do further.
Thanks
Minh
