I simply have no idea where to turn as I seem to have exhausted every avenue here.
Due to ongoing and various issues with a handset on Dec 1st O2 and I ended a credit agreement for said handset - I have all documentation to support this saved.
This has yet to be updated on my credit report despite chasing through Equifax and sending several ignored emails to the credit ref Telefónica email.
Does anyone have any advice on how I can get this sorted once and for all? I want to get a mortgage and have an unsecured loan on my credit report which is an error.
Someone please help!

Sorry, we are all customers here, so can really help with O2 account matters.
What did Equifax say? I know they can take some time to update records

I’ve been back and forth with them and effectively it’s a never ending loop.
They say O2 update their records with them every 30 to 60 days and that’s the automated response I get.
I then chase O2 personally to try and get updates and get told the same thing despite no updates being made.
It’s difficult to get them to reach out to O2 with a specific case it would seem. But I’m chasing my tail at the moment and have expended a lot of time and energy trying to resolve this to get nowhere.
