I've received a text message to say I'm entitled to 6 months free of o2 music, how do I set this up?

All the instructions are in the text, you text the code to 21500 and then wait for an email, which also has instructions to do it via myo2.

I've been following the instructions and the code that's being sent has constant errors. It's an android I have, I don't have am apple phone, does this make a difference?
