Ive tried to get a phone from o2 with a pay monthly contract, ive gone through the normal procedures and got to that point that i have paid the one time upfront cost and got a email say that the o2 credit risk team will look at my application and get back to be with in 24 hours. Yet ive not received any email back and it has been 2 day now. What should i do about this ?
