O2 balance

Hi! 

My O2 plan expires tomorrow. But, I have 4 GB data left and I also have 5£ which was credited by O2. I would like to know if this can be taken forward or if I can use 5£ to recharge for my next top-up. Also, do we have a customer service I can speak to?
