Can't seem to sign in to the O2 app to view my billa it's been like this for over a wk now went on to chat been told to uninstall the app and then reinstall it which I did now it was ot lettinge sign in but if I go in the official O2 website it logs me in with my email and password but won't on the O2 app I ND on the app to track my sons usage please get it sorted as people will be due to pay there bills and won't be able because it won't allow u on it and that the only way I pay my bill so now if u don't fix it people will be billed a late payment because the app is not working and iny case I have 3 bills to be paid soon

See if https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/ lets you view your bill
Not being able to log into the app seem a regular feature at present

It would be wise to find another way to pay your bills if the app is not working properly.

We are customers here so can't do anything about the App.
App or Web You can only view one account at present. As you have 3 the other 2 will need registering separately with a different email for each
You may need to go through Payment Management
You can get in touch with Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217
Payment Management opening hours:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
As suggested, direct debits would stop all of this messing
