How do you sign out of the o2 app on another device that your not using anymore but don't have to sign out of. If that makes sense at all

You have to login every time you open the app so you never stay logged in on old devices.
Once you start using a new device, it should automatically replace the old one too but if not customer service can manually make the changes.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

You will need to speak to customer service to have that device deleted. It isn't possible in My O2 unfortunately.. Call 202 or 4445 (P&G) and speak to them.

It should only pick up your new device, not the old one
