Hi I can no longer sign into there app it’s says that it isn’t available

You need a fairly modern phone as the app isn't supported on older devices due to security reasons.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

I can't log in on the app android but I can on chrome so I messaged 02 on Facebook but I've had 1 reply each day for the last 3 days and I'm none the wiser
