O2 app phone number label

Hi all,

I've only just noticed that on my o2 app (android) my phone number is under the name "Paul". That's not my name nor the name of anyone I know lol.

Is there a way to fix this "issue"?

If you mean the name and surname that appears on your Profile in the app after tapping on the avatar at top right,

then you will need to talk to O2 CS, Social Media links for them are in the link just below this post, @Matt_C - as nobody here has access to your account. Good luck!

What I meant was the name displayed where your plans are on the drop-down menu

Just shows my mobile number there, @Matt_C 🤷

I have no other accounts joined to mine, though, no drop-down arrow on that line.
