O2 app and account

I recently upgraded my phone and I can access my o2 online but not through the app the other issue is that when I click on my details its sending a security number to a mobile number I've never owned

Sounds like you need to call customer service to reset your account but you could try deleting, rebooting and reinstalling the app first.
