We left O2 after 6 years. O2 has immediately dropped our website login so we're unable to see the final bill.
Thanks O2, not very helpful, but that's a large part of why we're leaving.

You would need to contact o2 customer services and they will send you copies of the final bills.
There are a couple of different numbers to try, and ways to call in this guide: Guide: How to find help & contact O2
Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

Why do I care you ask? Because on the first of our phones to leave, O2 wrongly said the SIM was under contract and charged me 250GBP for the honour. The contract had expired in June. O2 said they will refund that next month, but we won't be able to see that.
Our other 3 SIMs also expired in June, but will O2 bill us for those too? Who knows.
Looking forward to being completely shot of O2.

@Anonymous
Vodafone, EE and Three do exactly the same as soon as your contract notice period expires, then your logins expire.
Also remember your contracts don't expire unless you specifically give notice, this again is the same across every pay monthly across the world.
