I have recently commenced a new contract with O2 and have tried to add O2 Open Discount. Whenever I log in to O2 Open I get the following message:
"Sorry, there was a problem".
The URL is https://open.o2.co.uk/RegistrationInvalid
I have tried customer services and they said someone will call me back within five days. Nobody did. I then booked a call-back consultation and detailed the issue. The caller just told me to log in to O2 Open. When I told him I couldn't and explained the problem, he said that I would need to upload a payslip. When I asked him "How do I upload a payslip?", he replied "Log in to O2 Open". When I again explained logging in to O2 Open is the problem he was unable to help. I am just going round in a circle.
Can anyone give me any advice or does anyone have an email address that I can contact the department that deals with O2 Open?

Thank you for replying. Unfortunately, I cannot get beyond the "Sorry there was a problem" page when I log-in to O2 Open. I have escalated it to complaints. I'll let you know how I get on.

You need to call customer service.
Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202, 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 1402
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
8am is the best time to call

I ended up up emailing a complaint and to be fair it got sorted by the team there.
