If the O2 Ask app has ceased to function then why is it still showing as a free bolt on in myo2?

Re: O2 Ask bolt On

I suspect they haven't bothered to get rid of it @Anonymous

I deleted it off my phone but never added it in My O2 so I don't have that problem....

Re: O2 Ask bolt On

There’s another thread about this and apparently it will be removed eventually but for now it’s still there and doing nothing.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Re: O2 Ask bolt On

Hi @Anonymous, as @MI5 mentioned another member asked a similar question so we checked on our end for more information slight smile

The O2 Ask Bolt-on isn’t automatically removed upon uninstalling the O2 Ask app, but we’re working on future updates that will remove the bolt-on. We have no ETA for this at present, but if you no longer use O2 Ask then the presence of this bolt-on on your My O2 account or bill is purely cosmetic and won’t interfere with your billing, account or anything else.
