If the O2 Ask app has ceased to function then why is it still showing as a free bolt on in myo2?

I suspect they haven't bothered to get rid of it @Anonymous
I deleted it off my phone but never added it in My O2 so I don't have that problem....

Hi @Anonymous, as @MI5 mentioned another member asked a similar question so we checked on our end for more information
The O2 Ask Bolt-on isn’t automatically removed upon uninstalling the O2 Ask app, but we’re working on future updates that will remove the bolt-on. We have no ETA for this at present, but if you no longer use O2 Ask then the presence of this bolt-on on your My O2 account or bill is purely cosmetic and won’t interfere with your billing, account or anything else.
