Is there a problem with the App? Everytime I try to log in I get a message saying username and password do not match yet I'm using the same details I do for website

Have you tried deleting cache from app then uninstalling before downloading again?

Don't know how to delete cache but I've tried uninstall ING and downloading several times with no success, I'm relatively new to O2 and the app has never let me log in

In that case, I'd call customer service to reset your account.
