My O2 app will not display my data allowance. It only displays that minutes and calls.. the data circle is completely not there and this has been the case since I got this phone a month ago.. what is the issue. No one is giving me any answers when I call or go into store

@Sam95 Have you tried deleting & reinstalling the app? The app may need updating. Try the above steps & reboot the phone too

Customer services need to fix it for you, but in the meantime, you can reset your phones data counter each month to keep a track on your data, or download an app such as 3g Watchdog etc.

As for the data counter.. my phone doesn't display any data anywhere in the phone. When I look at any data readings it says 0 as if I don't have data in my package
