app will not load, comes up with the message below. 

Something went wrong.
Oops. My 02 isn't available to you
yet. If you're new to 02, it can take
up to 48 hours for your account to
be ready. If it's been longer than
48 hours, get in touch and we'll
look into it for you.

Try deleting and reinstalling the app but we’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
