Why are business customers left out when it comes to the O2 App? We too would like to know our remaining talktime, data allowances etc. So, why aren't we allowed to sign in to the app and see these details? Rather unfair to exclude us.

Business accounts are on a different platform to consumer accounts and can only be accessed on line, but still require flash to work properly.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Well, O2 have been saying for years that the O2 App "currently"doesn't work for Business and Corporate customers... so are they planning on giving us an app in the future? If not, why say "currently" in their advice notes. How long does it take to make an app that will work, it has been years!

Not all customers have the time to go to a computer, load up the O2 Business site, sign in and find the required details when an app on the go makes it so much quicker and simpler.

Nothing has changed regarding this for several years even though the web portal has changed
