Hi
I have the O2 App loaded on my iPhone and it requires a 4 digit PIN to access the account.
When I try to log in using the App it informs me that my PIN has expired.
There is a link which offers the option to "Change PIN", but following that link simply results in the screen looping around back to the original log-in screen where it advises again that the current PIN has expired!!
I have tried deleting the App and downloading again but this has no effect.
What can I do?

Just a quick note to add that the app updated today for android users and now includes Aura.
