Hi

 

I have the O2 App loaded on my iPhone and it requires a 4 digit PIN to access the account.

 

When I try to log in using the App it informs me that my PIN has expired.

There is a link which offers the option to "Change PIN", but following that link simply results in the screen looping around back to the original log-in screen where it advises again that the current PIN has expired!!

 

I have tried deleting the App and downloading again but this has no effect.

 

What can I do?

I'd suggest you call customer services to reset your account http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Got the new App with Aura which appears to be the most useless innovation ever. It seems to have two responses to any question either
A: Check your O2 account for this information
or
B: No connection; although every single other function on the phone has a connection
