Solved: O2 Account name change

This sim card is registered to my name but, my girlfriend is using this number and I want to carry the number to her name.

She is with me. The account is registered to her email address also. What we need to do?

Your girlfriend will need to apply for a new contract in her name and pass the credit checks.

You can then transfer the number to the new contract which will end the old one, so only do this if the contract has reached it's minimum term or else you will have fees to pay.
