I tried to transfer my number to o2 but 3 weeks later it’s still not the right number despite having entered the PAC code correctly. I am paying for a sim I cannot use. I would like this problem resolved as soon as possible as I have also been unable to contact o2 via email or phone for the past 2 weeks.
