number still hasent transferred to new provider. Does o2 take a while to transfer from them to giffgaff?

Nothing will happen between Friday and probably Tuesday morning now on the O2 side, @Josh22 - but on the off chance O2 have started the process, any delay now will be on the giffgaff side - have you checked on their forum pages?

If you're porting out, it's nothing to do with O2.

Chase it up with a giffgaff agent.
