I have switched from tesco to o2, how do i know if my number is going to transfer? Im sure i gave my pac code but my number hasnt transferred over?

@transfer When the old sim loses service the port process will begin. Once that starts, there's nothing else you need to do except keep rebooting your phone with the new sim.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

@transfer Number ports are taking longer than they normally do. Keep rebooting your phone every half hour or so. You can try customer service to check, but getting through is very difficult.

Ok thanks, Do i have to do anything else? When i bought the sim online i put the pac code into the pac code option. Do i have to do anything else with the old sim?
