Number transfer

Hi, I've done an online form to request a number transfer (O2 to O2) for a phone that is pre-ordered for June 10th... Have a made a huge mistake and going to lose use of my current phone until my new one arrives?!

@Steph1009 You should be fine until your new phone arrives. If you should lose service you'll need to contact customer service on any of the numbers below. You can use Skype if you have to call.
