I used a pac number to port my number over to O2 but I have been given a new number. Could you please explain what has happened and when my number will be ported over.

The number is [personal details removed] that I used a pac number to bring over to O2

You need to send the form again from here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/how-to-keep-your-mobile-number

If you don't get a text back confirming, chase it with customer service Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support or 202 if you can get through.
