Solved: Number linked with another account

Hello ive just bought a new sim and my number is still linked to another account from years ago, can someone help me join these two accounts rather than trying to jump between them both as it wont let me login to the app

You'll need a different email address to register, but if you're having trouble, message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
