Hi

When going to Register with O2, the confirmation email is not received for me to verify. Tried re-entering the email address but same result.

 

Help.....

Me too. I’m hoping it’s the lockdown. I ordered a product, then the website said oh something’s gone wrong... but they’ve taken my money!!!!

The money is held as an authorisation and will be available again in your bank account in 4/5 days if the contract didn't complete on the website.

Yes have checked all mail folders and no email received.

 

Will be interesting to see if I get an email if/when anyone replies to this. It almost appears O2 have no way to consider overseas visitors who frequently visit the UK as have difficulty topping up with my credit card. Nor does it appear I can speak to anyone to assist, just a BOT or unintelligent IVR.
