Hi @Sian94 - This is not O2. This is a customer community. You need to speak to customer service.
Call 202 from your mobile or 0800 032 1402 from any phone or numbers here: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is around 8:15 am.

Or you can reach out to O2 Social Media Team, links just below this post.

Also it is worth pointing out you can print your bills from MyO2: Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page?

Good luck.

@Sian94

O2 will charge you every month to receive a paper bill in the post but you can download and print them yourself for free by following this guide Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
