Not able to redeem extra

I have selected Cafeyn as my extra. At the point of redeeming and I cant do this with facebook log in as there is a problem. Typed in email and password and says it is invalid. I've even changed my password thinking that might have been the problem. Feel this is one big con

Hi sorry for the troubles you're going through. This ain't a con please. You can redeem your extras within 28 days of purchase and if it has been more than that then you can't redeem it. But if it isn't yet 28 days I think your best option is to contact customer service. Hopefully you can get someone to help you redeem it successfully. All numbers are in this guide

Alternatively I will recommend visiting your local O2 shop if they aren't far away. Getting someone to assist you physically is more assuring sometimes. That always do for me.

Yes I'm still having trouble. 02 will only deal with financial issues, upgrades and customers leaving. Will try to get to a shop but dont know when that might be. Not a happy bunny
