Hello
Just wondering if anyone else has had problems in getting their Upgrade Mobile Device. Ordered it in Nov23, wasn't received and everything time I call Customer Services I get nowhere.
I have emailed the Complaint Email, but this just keeps bouncing back, so at a loss as to what to do.
Any tips if you have had something similar....

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you
