Hello I’ve upgraded my phone from the 12 to 13 pro but the new phone didn’t come with a new 5G sim so I’ve put my old sim in my new phone is that still okay?

@Imogen1 Yes it's fine to use your old sim. You only need a 5G sim if you want to take advantage of the 5G service. You can call in store, if you have one nearby (bring ID with you), and they'll swap your old sim for a new one, or contact customer service and they'll send you a sim and you can do the swap yourself: SIM Swap: a mini guide (incl eSim) - O2 Community

Call 202 from your mobile or 0800 032 1402 from any phone or numbers here: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
You can also reach O2 via social media:
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255
