Hello there, 

I bought a new phone that is Google Pixel 4 and I changed my O2 sim card from my iphone to Google Pixel 4 but it is not allowing me to call, text and turn on my mobile data as well. I've tried everything from switching off/on, reset, checked to see if it works on my old iphone but it showed no sim there as well, wipped the sim properly and searched videos to see if it works. Could you please help me out because i need to do important calls and texts.

It sounds like you need an new sim card as it has failed.

One can be obtained from an o2 shop or call customer services on 0344 809 0202 from another phone.

If obtaining one from store you will need photo ID and they can activate the sim card for you.
You may also be able to speak to an agent over live chat if an agent is available a pop up will appear @ https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
