I’m tired of having no signal at my home address and constantly told there are improvements happening.this has been going on now for over two years yet I’m still expected to pay for your services!

If I had problems for 2 years, I would have changed network by now.

Get a few PAYG sims from other networks and see which gives you the best signal. Pay off your plan and move.

It doesn't appear that it will ever change so I suggest you try other networks PAYG sims and then move to the one that works best.
