No service.....bill now paid but nothing working on my mobile......some kind of suspension.

No service.......suspended.....8.41 paid last Saturday but still no access to messages whatsapp etc

You need to call O2 on 202  or 0344 809 0202 ( or the specific Payment management number - 0800 902 0217 ) @Rowena - you can get them to set up a direct debit also, if that suits, so you do not need to remember to pay every month.

08:10am is usually the quietest time to call and get through without a huge wait. Good luck!
