You need to call O2 on 202 or 0344 809 0202 ( or the specific Payment management number - 0800 902 0217 ) @Rowena - you can get them to set up a direct debit also, if that suits, so you do not need to remember to pay every month.
08:10am is usually the quietest time to call and get through without a huge wait. Good luck!
