It is hard to help without knowing more about your problem, but a start would be for your to try your SIM in a different handset ; and to try a different SIM, maybe a PAYG SIM, in your handset. That will hopefully enable you to narrow down the SIM or handset question.
If you can describe the problem in more detail, maybe we will be able to give you more help.
