Hi,

We moved to O2 from Vodaphone recently as the coverage map showed that we should be able to receive at our home in TQ7 3EY.

Coverage is not better and wehave no signal in the house.

Do you have a booster which will give us cover, please?

@TonyRowe  The coverage checker only gives a general estimation. The best way for you to have checked would have been to try a Pay & Go sim first. Your lack of signal could also have to do with the house itself. O2 only provide boosters to business customers.

If you've switched within the last 14 days you can still cancel under the change your mind policy.

Edit: I've put your post code in the coverage checker and it shows the service as dreadful, so I don't know where you were looking. https://status.o2.co.uk/

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

@TonyRowe

O2 offer WiFi calling for areas with no signal but you need a compatible phone.

Help and how to here https://www.o2.co.uk/connectivity/wifi-and-4g-calling

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
