I cant access my account to renew my rolling plan. I've been a customer for years, it says my details arent recognised and there is no information regarding

Have you tried logging in using the MyO2 link at the top of this webpage ?
If the app is troublesome, uninstall it, reboot your handset and then reinstall it.
Please let us know if those suggestions help.
