Hi I am trying to pay my bill as behind on my monthly payments so my text messages have been cut off and therefore don’t have access to the security code when trying to log in.

You will need to contact O2: Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 5302

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

You should have a direct debit set up which will ensure your bills are paid on time and eliminate such issues.
