Hi
I have had no phone signal in SE16 since Thursday. While there is an hourly update indicating there is still no service I was wondering if anyone can provide an explanation or a time scale of when I can expect to have service again

Unfortunately not.
O2 never give timescales and we have no idea what the issue could be.
All you can do is keep checking the status page O2 Service Status
