I have been a long time O2 mobile phone use. I have moved to a new home in my village and their now appears to be no signal. I can’t receive or make calls. Phones operating on the EE network work fine. I don’t really want to change to a different provider. What can you do to help?

Hi
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

There is little to be done if you now get no signal within your home

Signal boosters are only available to business customers

Some tips here

Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?

@Didi91 To add to the advice from @jonsie there's also this to take a look at:

Why do I have poor coverage indoors? (o2.co.uk)

If there's no issue with getting a signal from EE, the solution to your problem seems pretty simple.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
