My previous carrier is no longer active as of around 12pm today but still unable to log in to o2. It has also not transferred my number yet, i gave people both my number from previous contract and the one o2 gave me but no one can get through when they try to call. Can someone explain what is going on as currently have no usable phone...

Keep rebooting your phone with O2 sim in it.

Edit: when applying to change to o2 I did select keep phone number as did not want a new one!
