Hi,
As I couldn't locate my SIM I requested a new one a few months ago. When I received this [Removed] I followed the instructions on the card and activated in by topping up. I was given no other instruction on how to change over to it.
However, I needed to keep my old number so (having found the old sim in the meantime) I tried that, received a text to Swap and actioned that.
So all is well except that the credit (£10) I put on the (temporary) sim has not moved across. Can you credit this to my account please.

Any credit should automatically be transferred within 24 to 48 hours.
If not, you need to call 4445 and speak to O2.
