I have an old sim card for 11 years, I would like to get a new sim card that I can put in new smartphones, but keeping my old number [personal info removed], it is important to me because many of my customers know this number and I could lose contacts.
Best regards

You could go instore and pick up a new one (take some ID) They will swap everything over for you. Or call O2 on any numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
