Why cant I buy a new phone out right from O2?  How do I report the poor service that I receive from the O2 store in Hempstead Valley?

With stocks been low across the industry, they wont allow you to buy one outright, without taking a contract from o2. 

If you want outright go to Curry's, John Lewis etc, they will be cheaper as well.
